My Story
I grew up in Sussex County, New Jersey, the kind of place where you learn the back roads before you learn to drive, where every lake has a story, and where neighbors actually know each other's names. That's not nostalgia talking; it's the foundation of how I work. When you've spent your life in a community, you understand the value of doing right by people the first time.
I built A.S. Real Estate around three principles I refuse to compromise on: Above Standard service, Authentic Service, and Advance Strategy. There's a reason I love the water. Fishing teaches patience, reading conditions, and knowing when to switch tactics. Every NJ lake, river, and reservoir has its own personality, same as every neighborhood and every deal. Both require you to actually pay attention.
Sussex County is hiking country, High Point, the Appalachian Trail, the Wallkill, and I've put plenty of miles on those trails. Hiking is about pacing yourself, finishing what you start, and trusting the map. Buying or selling a home is the same long walk; you just need someone who's done it before.
This one might surprise people, but wrestling is where I sharpened my on-the-spot skillset. You learn to read the room in real time, adapt when the plan changes mid-match, and stay composed when there's a thousand eyes on you. Negotiating a counter-offer at midnight? That's small stage compared to the ring.
